RAADIX, INC.

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: May 26, 2026 — Last Revised: June 8, 2026

Our Privacy Approach

Raadix is an AI-powered thinking partner. You reach it via iMessage or SMS on your iPhone. Your conversations help us build a more personalized experience over time — that persistent memory is the core of the product.

Your conversations are stored encrypted. We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers listed in this policy who help us operate the product, and with authorities if required by law.

You have rights over your data, including the right to access, correct, or delete it. To exercise these rights or ask questions, contact us at privacy@theraadix.com.

Our privacy practices are more fully detailed below.

This Privacy Policy explains what Raadix, Inc. ("Raadix," "we," "our," or "us") does with your personal information when you use our website (theraadix.com) and our AI conversational service delivered via iMessage, SMS, or other messaging channels (together, the "Services"). Please read this policy carefully. By using our Services, you agree that we may use your information as described here.

1. About Raadix

Raadix, Inc. is the maker of the Raadix AI conversational service. Raadix is a personal AI thinking partner — not a therapist, counselor, or clinical service. The Service is powered by large language models and delivers conversations through iMessage/SMS (and optionally WhatsApp for supported users). You are interacting with an AI system, not a human being.

2. What Information We Collect

2.1 When You Access Our Website

2.2 When You Use the Messaging Service

2.3 Sources of Personal Data

We receive your personal data directly from you. In some cases, your phone number may have been shared with us by someone who referred you to the Service.

3. Persistent Memory and AI Learning

Raadix uses a persistent memory system. The Raadix bot retains a memory of your prior conversations across sessions. This means the bot may reference, recall, or build upon things you shared in previous conversations. This feature is fundamental to how Raadix works and is intended to provide a more personalized and contextually aware experience over time.

Your conversation data, including derived preference and style profiles, is also used to train, fine-tune, and evaluate our AI models. This is described in more detail in Section 4 below.

4. How We Use Your Information

4.1 To Provide and Operate the Services

4.2 To Improve the Service Over Time

Raadix is designed to get better the more it's used. We use conversation data — including message content, conversation history, and derived preference profiles — to understand how the Service is working and to improve it. This may include reviewing conversation patterns to improve how our AI responds, evaluating quality and safety, and developing new features. We handle this data with care and do not share it with third parties for their own development purposes.

4.3 For Human Review and Quality

Members of the Raadix team may review individual conversations to evaluate quality and safety of the bot's responses, identify patterns for model improvement, and assess user experience. Your conversations are kept encrypted. Human reviewers will not see identifying information associated with your account, but will have access to conversation content.

4.4 For Security and Fraud Prevention

4.5 To Communicate With You

4.6 Legal Claims and Business Operations

We may process your personal information where necessary for legal claims, risk management, insurance, or obtaining professional advice in connection with our business operations.

5. Third-Party Service Providers (Sub-Processors)

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the third-party service providers listed below, who help us operate the Service. These providers are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

We follow an industry-standard practice of disclosing any service that is wired into our product and could process your data, even if not active for all users ("may use" means it is present in our code but may not be invoked in every session). This approach means we do not need to re-publish this policy each time a routing flag changes.
