By using Raadix, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Raadix, Inc. ("Raadix," "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of the Raadix website (theraadix.com) and AI conversational service delivered via iMessage, SMS, or other messaging channels (together, the "Service"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Who Can Use Raadix

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. We do not knowingly collect information from or provide the Service to anyone under 18.

The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Use of the Service is currently limited to users in the United States.

2. Your Account

Access to Raadix is tied to your phone number. When you text or message the Raadix number, your phone number becomes your account identifier. You are responsible for all activity that occurs from your number.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. You may not share your account access or allow others to use your phone number to access the Service on your behalf.

3. What Raadix Is (and Is Not)

Raadix is an AI-powered conversational thinking partner. It is designed to help you reflect, organize your thoughts, and gain insight into patterns in your life.

Raadix is not:

A licensed therapist, counselor, psychologist, or mental health provider.
A medical, legal, or financial advisor.
A substitute for professional care of any kind.
A human being. You are always communicating with an AI system.

Nothing in the Service constitutes professional advice. Do not make important personal, medical, financial, or legal decisions based solely on anything Raadix says.

4. Using the Service

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, consistent with these Terms and applicable law.

4.2 Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any law.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or extract the underlying AI model or system prompts.
Submit content that is abusive, harassing, threatening, or harmful to others.
Use the Service to generate, distribute, or promote content involving minors in a sexual or harmful context.
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to interact with the Service.
Attempt to circumvent any security or access controls.
Resell, sublicense, or use the Service on behalf of third parties without our written consent.

5. Subscription and Payment

Raadix currently offers a free tier. We may introduce paid subscription plans in the future, which will provide additional features or usage. If and when paid plans become available, the applicable pricing, billing terms, and cancellation policies will be presented to you before you are charged and will form part of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice. You will always have the opportunity to cancel before a new pricing structure takes effect.

6. Privacy and Data Use

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described there, including the use of your conversation data to improve and develop our AI models.

Your conversations with Raadix are persistent — the Service is designed to remember prior interactions to provide a more personalized experience. This is a core feature of how Raadix works.

7. Intellectual Property

Raadix and all content, technology, and intellectual property associated with the Service (including the AI model, software, design, and branding) are owned by Raadix, Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership interest in the Service.

You retain ownership of the content you send to the Service. By using the Service, you grant Raadix a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your content for the purposes of operating and improving the Service, including AI model development, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR ACCURATE AT ALL TIMES.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are responsible for independently verifying any information you act on.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAADIX, INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Raadix, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections 7–14 survive any termination of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may bring an individual action in small claims court. You and Raadix each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action or class arbitration.

If the arbitration clause above is found unenforceable, disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version at theraadix.com/tos.html and update the Effective Date above. If the changes are material, we will notify you through the Service or by other reasonable means before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms is not a waiver of that right. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Raadix regarding the Service.
